training today was bored. except during gym i really almost died doing bench press.. the gym instructor made me do like 55kg bench press... hahaha! i was like ROAR!!! during the exercise. haha! and i measured i have 3.5% fats in my body. LOL all you people get jealous! XD
i really had much fun in class today... bullying Samantha, seriously my whole class was laughing like shit from what Alex and I did to her. PICTURES WILL BE UP VERY SOON! totally unglam.
